• Your own experience with a bag we covered, especially a failure at month twelve or later. That is the data nobody has.
• A category request.

Things we will decline

• Sponsored posts, paid links, link exchanges and guest articles. Always, without exception.
• Review samples and loaners. There is nothing for us to do with them — we never handle the products.
• Requests to remove criticism.

Editorial and factual queries only — we cannot help with orders, returns or warranty claims for products bought elsewhere. Those go to the retailer or the manufacturer.
